Our Principles & Activities
We organise and support projects at the frontiers of the sciences & arts based on:
- Looking to the horizons of our current perspective, and beyond them
- Seeking to gain a systems overview, with a fresh perspective on our outlook and problems, and routinely questioning our assumptions, especially after failures
- Focusing particularly on areas of urgent humanitarian need, such as medicine and others
- Evolving and supporting wise solutions and (even more so) problem-solving strategies
- Emphasizing creative innovation and the spirit of discovery
- Studying the qualities of genius and vocational passion, so as to support, foster and develop them
- Engaging in work that adheres to the humanitarian principles of wisdom, love and integrity
- Establishing, and applying to each subject, the new science of 'Paradigm Analysis,' with a particular interest in the emergence and evolution of systems paradigms which incorporate diverse sciences including bio-physics and immuno-toxicology
“There is always an easy solution for every human problem – neat, plausible, and wrong.” (H.L.Mencken, 1917)
“May all sentient beings be free from suffering, and from the causes of suffering.” (Gautama Buddha, c. 500 BC)
